The 2022 West Chester Beefsteak event was an unforgettable evening, raising over $32,000 for the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation (ATBMF). This celebration, inspired by the historic tradition of men’s dinners from over 100 years ago, featured the classic combination of tenderloin steak, beer, wine, and camaraderie—all while supporting a great cause. Traditionally, aprons were worn to protect suits from grease, and in keeping with the old-school spirit, there were no vegetables or utensils.
Held on April 29th at Whitford Country Club, this year’s Beefsteak honored Eagles legend Vince Papale, whose inspirational story of walking onto the Eagles team after never playing college football was brought to life in the film *Invincible*. Guests were able to meet Vince, hear his incredible story firsthand, and share in the pride and humility that he describes as overwhelming. All of the events proceeds went to Vince’s charity of choice, the Andy Talley Bone Marrow Foundation. It was truly a night to remember, combining fellowship, food, and philanthropy in a way that made a lasting impact. We’re so grateful!
