The 2025 AFCA (American Football Coaches Association) Convention in Charlotte was an exciting, meaningful event, bringing together football coaches from across the country to connect, learn, and grow. We are proud to announce NMDP GET IN THE GAME is now the official philanthropic partner of the American Football Coaches Association, the premier organization for football coaches at all levels of competition. We are thrilled to expand our reach and continue saving thousands of lives each year.

Once again, we had the privilege of hosting a booth at the convention where coaches, both seasoned veterans and newcomers, had the opportunity to stop by, catch up, share their latest news, and learn more about the GET IN THE GAME (GITG) program. It was a fantastic space for collaboration, fostering conversations about the importance of lifesaving initiatives within the football and athletic communities on campuses.

GITG COACH APPRECIATION HAPPY HOUR

One of the best parts of the convention was the annual GET IN THE GAME Coach Appreciation Happy Hour. This special event celebrates the amazing coaches who have played key roles in running drives on their campuses, helping to save lives. We were proud to honor their efforts, which are central to our mission of fighting blood cancers. Their hard work and dedication make a huge impact, and we were thrilled to recognize their contributions.
