Partnerships

o

Partnerships are vital to our mission.

By working alongside committed organizations, we can expand our reach and significantly improve the chances of finding life-saving donors for patients in need of blood stem cell or bone marrow transplants. These collaborations allow us to grow the NMDPSM Registry with young, dedicated individuals, increasing the potential for life-saving matches.

NMDPSM

ATBMF and NMDPSM collaboratively launched the “Get in the Game” (GITG) initiative in 2008. Since then, more than 250,000 potential donors have been added to the Registry, resulting in more than 2,000 transplants and counting! This is a true testament to the profound impact of the GITG program in offering hope and renewed life to patients and their families. As a global nonprofit leader in cell therapy, NMDPSM creates essential connections between researchers and supporters to inspire action and accelerate innovation to find life-saving cures. With the help of blood stem cell donors from the world’s most diverse registry and our extensive network of transplant partners, physicians and caregivers, we’re expanding access to treatment so that every patient can receive their life-saving cell therapy. NMDPSM. Find cures. Save lives.

American Football Coaches Association

The American Football Coaches Association membership includes more than 11,000 college and high school football coaches. The AFCA is dedicated to helping these coaches through ongoing education, interaction, and networking. Each January ATBMF attends the Annual AFCA Convention. Coach Talley and the ATBMF team and our NMDP partners host a booth to educate attendees on the importance of blood stem cell and bone marrow donation and recruit new college coaches to host Get In The Game (GITG) drives on their campuses. We also host the highly anticipated GITG Happy Hour where we celebrate and reward our GITG Coaches. We are thrilled to announce we are now officially the AFCA Charity of Choice!

We are also proud to partner with the following organizations in our mission to save lives.
